Tell us about your mobility and transfer needs. We confirm basket access and boarding assistance with the balloon operator before booking, and our ramp-equipped vehicles handle the transfers. Minimum age 5 and height 1.2 m; guests over 120 kg pay a supplement; not permitted during pregnancy.
