Day by day
Day 1: Arrival and Zambezi sunset cruise
On arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport, transfer to Palm River Hotel on the banks of the Zambezi for two nights. In the late afternoon, enjoy a sunset cruise, looking out for hippo, crocodile, elephant and birdlife.
Day 2: The Falls and the Batoka Gorge
After breakfast, explore the Falls on foot with an experienced guide, then lunch at the Lookout Café with views of the Batoka Gorge and Victoria Falls Bridge. Dinner this evening is at Jungle Junction.
Day 3: To Hwange National Park
Travel by road to Ivory Lodge in Hwange for two nights, arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive is followed by dinner at the lodge.
Day 4: Walking safari and game drive
Set out on a morning walking safari with a professional guide, then after lunch head out on an afternoon game drive in the national park.
Day 5: On to the Chobe River
After breakfast, transfer by road to Cresta Mowana Safari Resort & Spa on the Chobe River for two nights. In the afternoon, enjoy a Chobe boat cruise, with dinner at the lodge.
Day 6: Chobe game viewing
A morning game drive in Chobe National Park is followed by a late-afternoon boat cruise, when elephants often come down to the river to drink. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your departure flight.
